Free Family Festival • Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
One Riverfront. Many Cultures. One Incredible Celebration.
Dauphin County Cultural Fest returns to Harrisburg with seven hours of live entertainment, cultural performances, food, vendors, family activities, and opportunities to celebrate both the differences and common ground that make our community so vibrant.

Dauphin County is inviting the entire community to gather along the Susquehanna River for an afternoon and evening filled with music, movement, food, art, and connection.
Cultural Fest takes over Riverfront Park on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 3:00 to 10:00 PM. Gates open at 2:00 PM, and admission is completely free.
The festival is presented by the Dauphin County Commissioners and the county’s Cultural Celebration Task Force as a celebration of the many cultures represented throughout our region. It is a chance to experience traditions that may be familiar, discover something entirely new, and recognize the common threads connecting our community.

More Than a Festival
Cultural Fest gives families the opportunity to enjoy a free day along the river, but its meaning stretches beyond the music, food, and activities.
Children get to see people proudly sharing their own traditions while making space to experience someone else’s. Families can hear different languages, taste unfamiliar foods, enjoy music and movement from across cultures, and recognize that a strong community does not require everyone to be the same.
Our differences give the festival its color. Our willingness to gather, listen, learn, and celebrate together gives it its heart.
Celebrate With Dauphin County
Cultural Fest is free and open to the community. Bring your family, your lawn chairs, and your curiosity for an afternoon and evening of culture, creativity, food, and music along the river.
