Christmas Lights & Country Nights at Fields of Adventure

Fields of Adventure Christmas Lights display

Fields of Adventure has taken everything families already love about the farm and wrapped it in lights, cocoa steam, and small town holiday magic. Christmas Lights & Country Nights is their first ever full-scale Christmas experience, and it feels like stepping into a farm-themed snow globe come to life.

Stroll or ride past glittering displays, snap photos in front of twinkling backdrops, visit barnyard animals, warm up by glowing campfires, and soak in the sights and sounds of the season. Kids can climb, swing, slide, dig, jump, roll, and run through the farm’s signature play zones — now lit up for nighttime adventure. And yes, there is goat cuddling. Warm, fuzzy, deeply therapeutic goat cuddling.

Business Review

Macaroni KID Review: Christmas Lights & Country Nights

Full disclosure before we dive in. Our family has not experienced Christmas Lights & Country Nights yet — this is Fields of Adventure’s first ever winter holiday season, and we are counting down the days to see it for ourselves. What we can tell you is that we have spent a ridiculous amount of time at this farm during spring, summer, and fall, and our kids treat it like their personal kingdom. So this review is based on years of loving the farm’s events and play areas, plus everything we know about how seriously they take family fun.

If their holiday season matches even half the quality of their fall festivities, expect twinkling lights, cozy vibes, and the kind of farm magic that somehow entertains toddlers, big kids, and adults at the same time. Fields of Adventure is already one of our top picks for hands on play, big outdoor energy, and animal interactions — so adding lights, hayrides, cocoa, and goat cuddling feels like a very natural escalation of joy.

We will update this review with a full firsthand walkthrough as soon as we attend. But knowing this farm the way we do, we can safely say you should expect a warm, welcoming, memory-making night out — the kind where kids run, climb, glow, and giggle their way through the holiday season.

Pro Tips for Parents

  • This is an outdoor, real working farm. Wear boots or old shoes, even when it is decorated like the North Pole.
  • Bring blankets for the hayride. Kids love it and parents get bonus points for looking prepared.
  • Plan extra time. The play zones are huge and impossible to leave quickly.
  • Goat cuddling is extremely popular. If that’s a must do, visit early in your night.
  • Photos at dusk (lights on, sky still blue) will make you look like you hired a professional photographer.
  • Follow their social media for weather updates — conditions can change on the farm faster than in town.

We cannot wait to share more once we visit, but if you already love Fields of Adventure in other seasons, their first Christmas event should absolutely be on your holiday list this year.
